Wargame Freezes During Multiplayer
I was trying to play multiplayer by hosting my own game and playing against AI to test my new R9 270X graphics card. After I spawn my units, I hit start game, and the game freezes for about a minute (I can still hear sound and move the camera), then it starts. It continues to freeze for about a minute every 30 seconds of game time. I went and did some campaign and it played fine, no freezing. Anyone know if this is an internet issue or something else. Thanks in advance. This also happens on skirmish, and it only happens on 3v3 and 4v4.

Graphics Card: R9 270x
Processor: Quad Core 3.8 ghz
8 GB of Memory

Go to forums.eugensystems.com -> Wargame Red Dragon -> Technical support and post there. Attach DxDiag and Option.ini (information on how to are posted there)

It's not an internet connection problem as you're only fighting the AI. Edit: Nvm, I didn't read the Multiplayer part .. thought you'd be in Singleplayer. Rather, it sounds like your hardware would be too weak to play the game as the issue only occurs on bigger maps.
What I'd try is: update every driver you've didn't update so far and try to lower your settings .. see if the issue persists.

It's strange though, because I just got my new graphics card and power supply, and both are way better than my previous ones, but I didn't have the issue before I got my new hardware.

Also, I can play 4 v 4 with 6 AI and my friend when he hosts the game with no problems.

Sounds like a internet throughput issue to me..... I am not sure about wargame, but gernerally, if you host a game, your internet must handle your traffic and the traffic of the other players as well. What kind of connection do you have? What is you theoretical up and down speeds?

I have an ethernet connection, not wifi, and our internet is 20-30 mbs.
