Lighthouses staying on
I had a power cut the other day and when the power came back on so did my Lighthouses, they normally go into stand by mode when not in use.

I've tried the following which has worked in the past but not now. Any ideas would be welcome.

1. Identify the base stations that are staying on.
2. Run up steam vr - wait for everything to go green.
3, Unplug or turn off at the socket all base stations identified in step 1 above.
4. Wait for a minute or two for the offending base stations to properly power down.
5. Plug back in, or turn on at the mains, the offending base stations.
6. Wait for everything to go green.
7. Go to the Vive's devices->reboot headset.
8. Wait for everything to go green again.
9. Close down steam vr - all base stations should shut down shortly thereafter.

I've never trusted my lighthouses to shut down properly. Sometimes they would go to sleep, other times I would come in the room to see them still on even with my computer off. Other times they appeared to be asleep, but if I touched them I could still feel the motor in them spinning. I unplug them every time after use now.

I had that happen once after unplugging one and plugging it back in. they stopped going into standby. I just started SteamVR, went to the optionds, unchecked the put into sleep mode tick box. then turned it off, back on again and re-checked it. Works fine now

Thanks for the replies. Discovered cloud save was out of sync, so re-sync it, not sure if that was causing the problem.

Anyway did what I usually do but with out steam running and all ok again.
