SGS Vendors inventory never changes

I'm having trouple acquiring itmes I need, such as a Haxxor, because none of the vendors sell it. Their inventories also never change. The old man outside of SGS doesn't change his inventory either after I started a second character.

export your character and delete all the save folders. Should reset everything for you but you will have to import and start the game over.

saved folders are located here :

\Documents\My Games\Underrail\Saves

lol, or yes, you can always buy it from the correct vendor. For some reason I thought you were having a bug issue with what they all sold. anyway my bad, try what LolDysentery said.

All merchants refresh their inventories every 90 mins. This includes Old Jonas, but his inventory is somehow limited in what it can offer so I understand that it might appear he didn't change it for your second character.

So do you give Old Jonas his watch and get the discount or do you choose one of the other options? i am a softee so I give it to him and always stop by to see what he has for sale.

I think its is best to give it to him. He will help you later with a question if you do even if you have not put a single point into persuation.
