How far along is this game?
In terms of content - I've read in several threads that the story is mostly done and that you can actually finish the game - is this true? I'm kinda desperate for a new game of this type at the moment and while I generally stay away from early access games I wouldn't mind paying for one that's mostly finished, even if a little buggy.

well friend, this game seems to be FAR from done to me, you can play a part of the story, but the game ends abruptly and Styg has said already, that theres more coming in the next patch, don't worry about playing a small game, this one is getting bigger, and even the beta ver. is enough for some 10 to 12 hours of play .... probably more

There is no actually ending to the game atm you just run out of quests but I have enjoyed the game so much I have run it with 3 different charcaters. I am attempting to unlock all the achivments lol and just simply love these type of isometric games.

yea the story is far from complete but this game is worth getting into even as is(In my humble opinion). I would say it is one of the best early access incomplete alpha games on the market so far this year.

How long did it take you to 'beat' the game the first time?

oh man, let me think... seems like I want to say about a week or two maybe, Im very bad with time and the loss of it, lol. but I was hitting this game very hard and like playing it for 4 hours at a time lol. I also made alot of bad choices my first play through it and was experimenting with save file manipulation to farm exp and items from certain maps so that added to my play time quite a bit. My first play through I exported 3 times before I beat all the quests and was level 16.

My 2nd attempt at the game I beat it at level 10 with a psi class Id say in 3-4 days. (in beating the game I really just mean making it through the old junkyard with the circuit board.)

The game (main quest) is pretty much ending after getting that drill stuff, right? Any one know when new quests will be added?

Totally agree with this guy. In my opinion the game is the best early access incompete alpha on steam, in relation to content, gameplay, and general awesome sauce.
