Question
Can I uninstall Season 1 and if and when they have a Season 2 then Steam will still have records of the choices I made and use them for Season 2?

Not 100% sure but I think if you uninstall you lose your choices.

Assuming there is a season two. Going by how this has worked for season two of Walking Dead. I'd just uninstall and save some disk space as effect is likely to be minimal at best.
