Pasted from my Scribblenauts Unlimited review: "So charming, and you're really only limited by your creativity (and the in-game dictionary very, very occasionally). Length could be stretched out a bit, but you could always reset the levels and set in-house restrictions on the puzzles*. Nonetheless, I loved this game."
In some ways, I enjoyed this game a bit more than the last. Despite not being a big superhero fan, seeing how the developers used each character was clever (not to mention genius implementation of a few of them and their powers). I'm a fan of the set pieces, and the game is charming as heck.
With all of that said, I think I enjoyed Unlimited a tiny bit more. This could very well be because it felt like I had more freedom (perhaps due to the lack of a license, and therefore lack of corporate restrictions). More likely, because it was my first go with the Scribblenauts series. If Unmasked is your intro, there's a good chance you'll make a similar attachment.
No matter what, this is a darn fine title -- an all-ages one to boot -- so give it a shot.
