Well I do what I can.

you sohudl add the server software on steam so users can download it via (tools) under Library and let them set it up manually.. it will alowe them to "copy" the folder to another machine as welll... since u do not need steam to run the server but it be a easy way to download the software for deplyment

also posisble let users configure the "port" sinces it seems to be hardcoded into the software...

mean time I have the software deployed in my windows 2008 r2 and shortcut in the startup folder incase the server ever restarts it should load with windows..

as far as I know there not really much bandwith being used so I wont worry about traffic on my end atm
