Internet Speeds?

Hey guys,

I'm having some serious issues with getting discnnected from servers. I have 12MB/s, and I'm connecting to servers in North America (I live in Michigan). However, I get disconected from servers within 5-10min every time. Any idea why? My PC isn't downloading anything, and I'm pretty sure there's almost no other strain on the network from my family.

Just "You have lost connection to the server.", or whatever it says, not a punkbuster error?

It's probably your internet then. I get disconnected every so often as well ever since I switched to Comcast, but not nearly that often. If you're on WiFi, try playing with an Ethernet cable instead. You can always try updating Punkbuster just in case by downloading pbsetup from evenbalanace and adding and updating BFBC2, just in case the error isn't descriptive for some reason.

When I had Time warner cable 20mb down I lagged / skipped and would dc all the time. Since I upgraded to FIOS I have a 65mb down I don't have any of the problems anymore.
