'Content' satisfaction cap for wealthy creatures

I seem to be unable to get them any further satisfied. E.g. 2 vampires with fully ultimately upgraded room, containing the most expensive item from each category (about $100,000 worth of stuff) will net you about 1600 per day rent (provided they both get oil tycoon // royal job). Everything at maximum with dragon wallpaper plus a bookshelf/piano/closet/symbol/hometrainer/fountain combination nets me... content or so-so?

The same seems to apply to the teddybears (who are also amazingly wealthy).

Been trying to use the bats for beating the boss; it should be possible at extatic level for one to solo the end-boss iff grinded.(he has about 95/80/80 stats, vampire can do 55/45/55 + 30/30/30 + 10/10/10 => 95/85/95. Which is close enough to make lifesteal work its magic).

I know that lowering the rent will also raise a monster's liking of the room. I'm not sure if the devil's reputation has any effect. Wow... the max level demon has an S level defense and an S level super long range attack that has lifesteal!?!?! Even then I feel so guilty for what I've done in my demon playthrough so far (I've had to let go of three cheepies and two fishy-ones... and those are some of my favorite monsters along with maihomes and funtoms... well- I'll only do this once, and I'll pretend that they are just computer programs for as long as I can).
