I believe the Summer sale would be around June or so, and that sale normally has the LEGO games for huge sales, possibly the best ones on Steam. It is possible that the game can go on a random week or weekend sale before, but that's not known by us until it's live and you would see on the Steam homepage (to the right side)

If you're interested in a game put it on your wishlist. Then when your games come up for sale it will tell you when you log in to play something.
