I AM STILL HAVING AN ISSUE, PLEASE HELP.
Whenever I try to make a custom vinyl, first the screen starts flickering, then when I actually start editing my car turns black.

I know I meet the requirements as any other game I have runs perfectly.

I am already an admin, and I am running Win 8 not Win 98

You need to run it in compatibilty MODE to win 98,

I have win 7 64bit but I still need to run it in win 98se/me mode.

hello. i am late to this party. but, i would like to recommend only running the compatability. do not click to run admin. it will conflict with Steam Community functions.

i has winows 8 and when i want to deal with the flickering i run it in windows 7 compatability. if i want to take screen shots i turn off the compatability (because anytime i hit my screenshot key it crashes the game)

Don't know if anyone is still willing to help, but I'm still having issues, I cannot find any sort of way to run it in compatibility mode. I'm going to check if i can via control panel.
