Bugs/Glitches
Just a couple to report at thre moment:

Breaching charge firing the wrong way(!)
I was playing beach party and had one trooper set a charge to blow open the kitchen door. I then had another trooper actually detonate the charge. Instead of blowing into the room, it fired outwards and killed my trooper! I've only seen this happen once, so no idea what conditions might have caused it. Inept troopers possibly.

Getting stuck in doors
I just managed this one a second time while trying to replicate the breaching charge problem. I fitted a camera to a door, then moved a trooper right up to it. I think it requires turning the trooper a couple of times, but it's possible for the trooper to get stuck on top of the door and be unable to move or turn. The sprite appears on top of the door, but the trooper is still the same side - he won't get shot by anyone inside the room.
You can still carry out actions on the door, and opening it unsticks the trooper.

I think these bugs happen when you are on the side of the door, not directly in front of them?
I knew the first one, the second I didn't know about, thanks.

Yeah, I think that is the case, with the second at least.

Either I am doing something wrong, but the deployment stage of one of mission wouldn't let me place a deployed swat guy on one of the empty deployment circles at all. This may have already been brought up of course.

Maybe you've already deployed the maximum number of troopers for that mission? Move one of the deployed troopers back to the roster.

Well the mission already had 3 men depolyed by default at the start and I had empty deployment slots around the map with troops above to move them into, so I assumed I could. How do I know what the limit is? I couldnt deploy any at all, except what was already on the map.

The limit is displayed on the HUD: x/y Troopers Deployed.
On the next update we'll make this more obvious though.

Which mission are those? Are you, by any chance, running the game in a resolution lower than 1366x768?
[LLG]Mav Oct 2, 2013 @ 10:15am
how would i cange the resolution?
Pintea  [developer] Oct 2, 2013 @ 11:38am
The game starts automatically in your desktop's resolution, therefore if you have a resolution of 1024x768 your monitor probably can't support a higher res.

Currently you can change the game's resolution by manually editing the options.xml file located in Documents\KillHouseGames\DoorKickers

_My game starts in a resolution lower than my screen's native resolution. I have tried looking for the option's but that file path doesn't exist. I am on a mac and have downloaded the game through steam. How do I change the resolution?_

I take that back. Library was hidden and I didn't know.

For OSX the path is this: /Users/username/Library/Application\ Support/DoorKickers

We're finally adding the video options to the in-game menu in the next version, so no more manual editing pain.
