Sniper Class?
Since the sniper support is already in, I was wondering if the sniper will ever become its own class. They could use sniper rifles and marksman rifles that all have varying advantages and disadvantes like aim time, accuracy or bullet penetration. Another thing, being able to change your sniper's starting postition and move around a bit to be able to cover multiple angles. Although this would probably be a very minor thing to be added to the list of things do be added so I'm not expecting anything like this until maybe after the game fully releases.

Nevermind the generator which seems to only spawn building raids, I only saw like two maps in the 56 single missions that could MAYBE make limited use of an actual sniper. These guys work at hundreds to thousands of meters, they do not shoot down hallways.

I agree that we shouldnt be able to deploy the sniper as a regular trooper I would like to see him get his own doctrine tree. It could have options for thermal sights, a big 50 calliber rifle or a light silenced rifle etc.

@Mattimeo78 I don't mean deploying them in the building like normal troopers.
I mean more like putting them on a rooftop or in a window in a building across the street.
I know more conventional snipers for the army, marines etc. work at 1000s of meters away but this is an urban combat scenario where a sniper wouldn't have much time to compensate for bullet drop or velocity loss to get a extremely precise hit. I definitely do not want snipers deployed with normal troops but I don't think it would make a lot of sense also to put them across the city. Hope you understand what I mean.
