Replays and Custom Missions
How do you permantly save both of them?
Everytime it do a mission that mission's replay replaces the previous one.
And one of my custom missions has permanantly replaced a default mission so I want to know how to save the missions without messing things up.

About the replay, did you mean the mpeg file or the rpl file?

If you talk about the mpeg file, actually you must rename replay.mpeg manually. Export video is still incomplete. Was introduced only on the last release.

About custom mission, please read on the official forum, modding zone, the threads about how to mod.

If you want to get the official mission back, just find and delete the mission xml file in DK folder/data/levels and then use the Steam "verify integrity of game cache". It will re-download the missing files.

If you want to make custom levels, go to the levels folder, find and make a copy of the level you want to edit. Change the name to anything (eg. custom1). Then go to data/object_library/levels_bundle, right click->edit and add a new line "<level source="data/levels/custom1.xml"/>" (without "), preferably at the start so you don't have to scroll through the levels in-game menu.

You also have to edit custom1 (right click->edit) and change it's name (Level name=), mission type (Scenario type=), resolve time, no. of known enemies etc. These are just the info in the mission briefing screen, so you don't really have to change it, it won't affect the mission in any way. Everything you add or delete in the editor will be updated in this file after you save the mission in the editor, so you don't have to add/delete entities in the xml file.
