How do you get all the parts

I have beaten the game a long time ago now coming back to it and this time want to collect all the parts can i buy them all or do i have to keep fighting and collect them all?

or is there a cheat or console command?

If you want to get them, most of them can be found from enemies and chests. Some parts can be bought to speed up the process and few only are only in the shop (Emperor parts), also some are hidden/unlockable like Megabyte Arm. Also you can win parts from tournament.
This guide helped me to get last 15 or so parts. Still missing only Kheprion Hip.

Other way is to just get 100% save file, but thats too easy.
