Is there any chance you could fix the achievements on linux? None of them unlock, i'd like to go through the game again and find the relics.

Also would be nice if we could get a fix for having to run the game from the download directory as an admin on Windows 8. It crashes otherwise. That means no achievements for Win8 users.

your game is too dark, I didnt like not being able to see anything, seems a poor choice for a game since well games are visual.

You can turn up the brightness from the options menu. The game is meant to be dark, go out in the woods with a torch sometime and see how dark the world is without the light pollution of a city.

True, but you'd also notice that most torches burn for more then five seconds. That it takes a human being less than a second to revolve around his/her axis (and not five). And you'd also notice that a torch lights up a considerable larger area than it does in the game.
And the game really is too dark. I don't know whether it's my graphics card or my monitor but all the black areas are shown as dark gray instead. Even with the light turned all the way up. What usually works well is to adjust the gamma instead of the brightness. That is why a lot of dark games ask you to adjust the gamma until you can barely see (an icon, word, shape, whatever).
