If you follow the canon of the series.

Red Alert 1: the Allies succeed in building a time travel device known as the chronosphere, Einstein uses this device to travel back in time and kill Adolf Hitler before he can put the events of creating his Nazi Party into motion, thereby changing the timeline.

Red Alert 2: Without the rise and fall of the Nazi's, the Soviet Union was never invaded, never locked into a war of attrition with Germany and was able to conquer most of eastern Europe and the middle east. It then betrayed the Allies. The Allies eventually succeed in crushing the Soviets. (Yuris revenge is a side story and it's not linked with the canon of the red alert series.)

Red Alert 3: Facing defeat at the hands of the Allies the soviets execute a daring plan to travel back in time much like the Allies have done, and use this power to kill Albert Einstein before he could invent the Nuclear Bomb. When they return to their own time the Soviet union is once again in power, and a host of new more destructive tools exist, however the Allies and Soviets are forced into an uneasy alliance due to the appearance of the Japanese Empire, the allies then Capture and detain the Soviet leaders after they attempt a betrayal.

Canonically the Allies win all three, and IIRC that segways into the Allies later forming GDI from the Tiberium series. I'm pretty sure they were always linked.

Yuris Revenge and uprising are both meant to be fun expansions but not contribute the canon IIRC. Yuris revenge might do but that wouldn't make much sense.

Yuri created the stonepeople some say would be logical since he had the psychic powers and experimented with positive mutations
