you must go under nvidia settings and make there everything off no antialising no supersampling
no msaa no fxaa all off and nvidia power settings you must set maximal power
OP is on a Laptop, if you care to read at all.
Well that's whatever everything IS on by default.
Power Management should be on "Prefer Max Performance" so it says to heck with power and just outputs max performance, which is what you want.
