make sure your PC is using the dedicated graphic card and not the integrated intel graphic card.
Common mistake with lapop users, check your nvidia settings.

i try it but i solved it now i figure out what the problem is

you must go under nvidia settings and make there everything off no antialising no supersampling
no msaa no fxaa all off and nvidia power settings you must set maximal power

Well that's whatever everything IS on by default.
Power Management should be on "Prefer Max Performance" so it says to heck with power and just outputs max performance, which is what you want.
