Tournament

Finally a friends list. So here the first tournament that I hope goes to an ending

Sign-up will close on July 19. Subject to Change

Rules

Number of Contestants:
8, 16, 32, 64 - one of these increments

Quality of Contestants:
Gold or Higher in Season 1
if you are higher this season you will need to provide proof

Participants: I have the right to rule in or rule out a participant. Also sign up will be based also on when the person signed up. If 40 people sign up - it will be a 32 person tourney, the last 8 people to signed up will be dropped
Tournament Set-Up:
Matches = Best of 3

Double Elimination Tournament

Champs: Only champs allowed are those available at the start of the tournament. If new champs are released during the tournament, they are banned.

Ships: Only ships allowed are those available at the start of the tournament. If new ships are released during the tournament, they are banned.

Shells: Only shells are allowed are those available at the start of the tournament. If new shells are released during the tournament, they are banned.

Will there be a separation of tiers?
If there are enough numbers, I will separate into Gold/Platinum and Diamond/Aethermaster. If not enough numbers then I will just combine

Prizes

1st place - I will buy the winner a game 15-20$ from their wishlist
2nd-3rd place - They can pick some items from HERE[docs.google.com] - (please note that list is subject to change)

What if the 3 winners of season 1 or the 3 ipad winners of season 1 win?
Hopefully they understand, they will still be recognize as the winner or in the top 3. But I would pass the prize to a person who does really well in the tournament but has not won giant prizes yet. They can still pick something out of my list of spare games though.

Other stuff

If necessary, because of my long work hours - hopefully skuggi and roder plan on helping where needed.
