Banned players

If you can´t loging and there is no post about a patch, maintenance or an known issue,
you have been banned from the game.

This can have multiple reasons like abusive language in the chat or using exlpoits.
These bans are permanent.

If you think , we banned you without good reason, please contact:
[e-mail]

If you see a player insulting others in chat or using exploits against you, please send us screenshots and eplain what happened and when. We will investigate this then.

It seems like a very small exception ketman. im sure they'd contact support, or have a feeling they got banned. I think this thread suffices

I've never cheat and only wrote once maybe twice in the chat. If i really got banned the suport have to explain to me why i got banned! Does this makes sense. If you'll don't, i'm fine with it. There are lots of Games where i don't get banned for no reason or without explanation! -.-

Today I played vs misz11. I say to him only GL! First he told in a chat - I hate Russia!

After that he still wrote about policy, i think in game chat is not place to wrote this. I don't think it reason to ban, but if he do it again i take screenshot, and place here with a request to ban.

I think all plays to have fun, and for such conversations there are other places.

Just take chat out of the game completely if you are going to let a bunch of carebears dictate policy. Or a mute button. I bought this during the summer sale and was planning on sinking my teeth into it on the update.

I regret buying it.

this game is an ESRB E10+ or T, so language should be considered less than exeptable, and some examples are rather annoying to look at, and drive players away. Also, it was FTP during summer sale tis year.

I bought one of the starter packs - I thought that would be obvious.

Some carebear gets offended because you type I hate Russia - you get banned? Yeh thankfully I only lost a few bucks on this...whatever this is. anyfroot glhf until the servers shut down.

uhm, support decides that with every case.
Usually the first ban is a warning and after a banned player contacted support, we specifically repeat the few rules we have and unban again.

Racist comments are a totally valid reason for getting banned.
