Frame-rate issues [SOLVED]
I've tried installing both the developer patch and the fan patch, and nothing has helped. Despite getting 60 fps, the game, SOMEHOW, still manages to lag immensely like it was running at around 10 fps or something.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Somewhere within the first couple of pages on this forum is a remedy. It talks about going into the .ini file and putting in a 60 where a 30 is I believe. Not sure as I've played it and there are so many problems with this port it isn't even funny.

I want to know if someone out there can let us know if they've even completed this game, I'll be annoyed if I enjoy the game and it ends up crashing half way through the damn game

Any idea which thread or which file to edit? Can't seem to find it.

Ah, found out what the problem was. Inside the fan patch .ini file (DPfix.ini) I just had to switch 'texture filtering override' from 1 to 0. Now the frame rate is smooth.
