Should I get it if I already have Blood Money?

Well, the combat system is pretty much the same, albeit with a downgrade in graphics, but other than that its very similiar to blood money.

If you have finished Codename 47 then no, but if you haven't played Codename 47 buy this instead.

i liked it better than blood money because you cant just go on knocking everybody you wish. the tone is a lot more darker as well, and the music is pretty great

Yes, Indeed buy it. Definatley one of the more bloodier ones imo.
