Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box

Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box

EA has screwed us again.
This is so typical of EA. It's appalling that they haven't had a simple patch to allow access to the extra cars that advertised to be included; they have removed the online store.

It makes no coherent sense that the Xbox and PS3 servers are STILL running.

For me, this is the last straw, and I refuse to purchase another EA product.

I agree aswell, I bought this for £5 in the sale expecting everything considering it's the, "Ultimate Box" but I ended up with just the bikes and some online stuff. And as you said this is ♥♥♥♥ing typical of EA...

Is there a community made patch for the cars?

Thank you unamed! Much appreciated. Too bad Big Surf Island was never released for PC

u won't get banned for using this unlocker?
Zozano Dec 23, 2012 @ 6:33pm
I doubt you will get banned;

Steam staff are understanding of players situations.
EA doesn't provide the services you've paid for; and are entitled to.

The Ultimate Box never claimed to include anything else than Party Mode, Bikes and Cagney packs. What are you complaining about then? The online store only offered a few other yet useless cars. The only worthy DLC, Big Surf Island, was never even ported to PC, so it's not a big loss they shut down the PC store.

What am I complaining about? I can't drive those 'useless cars', which I used extensively while playing on the 360 version.

Furthermore, it's quite pathetic of EA to have shut down the servers this early. Many game franchises to have servers still operational after 3 installations to a series, and the console servers are still up.

Used the unlocked and it unlocked the toys and the legendary cars but not the boost special cars. Also seemed to have turned off the in game music, not sure if that's just a setting or not yet.

You unlock all the cars in the game but the Boost Specials. The music was turned all the way down and all the songs were shut off in the trax list, changed both and the crashfm radio is playing again.

Yeah the cars never came with the Ultimate Box. I've had it for years (back when the servers were still online) and I was going to have to buy them ... kind of♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥me off a little, but I never saw something saying they were included

As far as I know you can buy them on the origin account you use this game with and it should work, but I havent tested this yet...

I don't know why EA continues to make bad decisions without learning
