How do I get on? I have been trying for about 1 week but it keeps saying "you have failed to connect to the paradise city servers"

I have tried that. Along with the guides on steam and a couple of hours of research online.

I have owned this game for years on both Origin and Steam, and have not been able to log in to the server since I bought it. It just tells me the server is unavailable every time and to try again later.

I have the disc version of it, but that should not make any difference at all.

Contact EA for help regarding your problem. I'm sure there's something you need to fix to play online

Been ther done that. Got an email with a buch of instructions to fix the gaem, still working on some of tehm. None have worked so far.

none at all, never even tried using any mods, cheats, or trainers ofany sort.
