Did I mess up alliance with the Grox?

I made everything I could so far but thanks to my allies I got in war with grox. However I brought them back to neutral state.

Just look at these:
Broke Galactic Code +50
Missions done +50
Using friendly items +30
Your gifts +10
You agreed to help us +5
We distrust strangers -70
War -50
You destroy our spaceships -5

Total: 19

Is there anything else I could do to at least get them to the blue zone?
They don't agree on trade routes.

Umm war and destroying spaceships. NO CHANCE BRO. Your best bet is to start a new game or prop open that console and give yourself a good superweapon over and over (reccomended zealot) AND WIPE EM OUT!

Good thing I didn't save after my alies had made them angry. I loaded this save and now the universe hates me :) Actually you can remove that -200 for alliance with Grox by paying them some cash.

No, unlike every other species in the game, there is a limit on how well an action affects them.

Well I paid some empires and now they don't have anything against me. Also some effects are permament, like missions done, embassy (that's already +150) and something else that I don't remember.
However if these permament actions are not enough then I'll go in war with them and then pay them to get rid of all negative actions, including alliance.

That was looong time ago, I didn't save so I could just try again from current save. I even made guide how to ally with them.
Also I did turn off my turrets. My allies were idiots.

Don't go allying with the Grox unless you like pissing people off, if you ally with them EVERYONE will declare war on you, unless you have good relations with everyone.

I just screwed myself over with the Grox when I picked up some random relic from their planet, and now they hate me to about over negative 200. Is there a chance to make them leave me alone? I don't want to alliance with them, I just want them to leave me the f*** alone so I can continue growing my empire!

The only way to make them leave you alone is by alliance. They are aggressive against everyone.

Ok there is another way but you would have to destroy whole Grox empire and believe me, there are waaaaay too many stars to take over (few hundread maybe).
