If you have repeatable crashes that you think might be related to system or graphics issues (rather than problems during gameplay), please try the following:

1) Make sure your graphics card drivers are up-to-date.
2) Make sure your antivirus program (if any) is up-to-date.
3) Try disabling your antivirus (you might want to disconnect from the internet first)
If the above do not help, please could you send us your system info?

In start menu, type 'msinfo32' - it should find msinfo32.exe which you can run to generate a list of information.

Click file->export and save a .txt file. If you could send us the file that would help a lot. Please send it to [e-mail]
