The Singer/Friden 2201 Flexowriter Programatic, introduced in 1965, had a cluster of 13 function keys, labeled F1 to F13 to the right of the main keyboard. Although the Flexowriter could be used as a computer terminal, this electromechanical typewriter was primarily intended as a stand-alone word processing system. The interpretation of the function keys was determined by the programming of a plugboard inside the back of the machine.

i cant remember how but i was able to stop time in VCD toss anything into the air and hold a combination of keys i cant remember if it was something to do with left shift 4 5 or f4 but pressing shift + f3 or 3 would start time again
it was abit like bullet time in max payne that does a complete freeze on the objects
player can still walk around
toss a barrel accross the map pause the barrel in mid flight walk to other side and unpause the barrel and catch it=its weird can play volleyball with self in solo player:)

It's a developer tool for certain cases when you want to check something originating from the player's position is working properly in mid-flight, usually from a different angle.
Particles are a good example of this, or bullets.

We have never needed it in VCD, it just comes standard with the UDK engine and has not yet been removed from the bindings. It could be useful for some workshop creators in rare cases.

i guess i wasn't clear about the question, i meant what th binding was for, i like it, it could be useful for screenshots too, however, i'd prefer it bound to a numpad, im on a laptop.
