game updates and the first class ticket

If i want to update the game (not get new assets but just update the main game), can I do it using fast download speeds without need of the ♥♥♥, or will it be slow as molasses?

The main game is updated by Steam and if you have it installed, you are already updated.
(Steam updates for TS12 download as fast as your connection permits.)
You should be at build 58488.
The rest of the dowloadable content will be slower than molasses without the ♥♥♥.

Actually my DLCs downloaded pretty fast. Still slower than my internet but not capped at 5kB/s which is ridiculous. However downloading other user content will be capped at 5kB/s.
