A Bug?

Well when I got this game and Train Simulator 2013 (Which I didn't know that that game was different) I bought trainz thinking that i could get the Thomas Trains...I installed it and played, but when I found out the Train Simulator 2013 is a successor to Rail Simulator, I unstalled Trainz and installed Ts13, but today I looked at Trainz and found "Play now" on the screen. The fact that i unstalled trainz and the "play now" confuses me. please help
