Achievement Question
I was just browsing through the achievements while the game downloads and saw some pretty crazy ones. Are the 'play 10,000 hours' achievements 10,000 real-world hours or in-game hours with a shorter length?

It seems a little crazy that to unlock them all you would need to play for at least 3.4 years without ever turning the game off!

In-game time is exact to real-world time. So, yeah... it'd take a damn long time. Good thing I don't care *that* much about achievements.

If an average person who sleeps eight hours a day and works a fourty-hour week devoted every remaining hour they have to the game (72 hours a week if we exclude travel, bathroom breaks and mealtimes), it would take eight years to get all the achievements!

Who on earth thought that was a good idea?

Look at Garry's Mod. There's an achievement for playing the game a full year. It makes you question what developers were thinking when they added these types of achievements.
