What to do if the game crashes or you have problems when running it

Hi we are looking into every issue that people might be having, but we need your help to solve them.

If possible we would need you to send us the Unity log for the game, to see why it is crashing.

On Windows

Open Steam
Go to your steam library
Open the Kingdom Rush game Properties
Go to the LOCAL FILES tab
Click the "BROWSE LOCAL FILES" and it should open the windows file explorer
Inside the windows explorer window go into the "Kingdom Rush_Data" folder
Mail the file output_log.txt file to [e-mail]


On Mac

Open the "Console.app" application
On the left panel, search and open "~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log"
Then copy the log content and mail it to [e-mail]


Having this information would help us a lot to see what is the problem and how to fix it.
If there is any problem following these instructions please ask for help and we can solve it with you.

It would be great if you could also send us your steam username and hardware information (pc or mac, operating system version, direct x version, type and model of vga card, etc).

I miss the normal, hard and veteran Campain mode. It is a bit too easy with low Number enemies and HIGH Kill gold income. :(

To me the GUI's of the abilities and the gold etc don't show up, I only see the numbers. Please fix it, Ironhide! I love your game! :D

You should add that on Linux, the log is located at "~/.config/unity3d/Ironhide Game Studio/Kingdom Rush/Player.log"

i never played the game
everytime i launch it . it doesnt show a screen or anything and just crashes i will email the log now

Has this problem been fixed? Initially I could play the game, with a long load time between screens, but now it won't even start up.
