How long is the game?

I know there's multiple endings but as there's no savegame mechanic I'd like to know how long on average does it take to get to an ending? I'm NOT asking how to get to an ending, I'm only interested in the gameplay length. I'm doing a playthrough on my YouTube channel so I'd like to know how much time I'd need to set aside to play it through so I can cut the recording down into episodes, something like 1 video per night.

The Unreal Engine 3 version can last 30+ minutes, though each playthrough is different. The Unreal Engine 4 remake is set to have longer playtime, though it is not complete.
