I think things that prevent immigration is bugged.
I had the border controls all the way up.Got up to 80% of population minorities on UK.

Was it completely implemented?
Policies take a while to be implemented and another while to take effect.

i can confirm this. i had did everything i cvould to piss off immigrants but eventually immigration still reached max.

I couldn't reduce foriegn relation (That INCREASES immigration) because I'm constantly getting cyber warfare because of it.

get internet censorship it will reduce cyber warfare and you can get rid of foreign aid.

I played as canada and ethnic minorities were 90% of the population, and I had 0% support from them, but still had landslide victories were the opposition got <200k votes

heh ethnic minorities being 90% of the population is an oxymoron. Obviously something is bugged here.

I keep running into insane immigration rates, and I can't find a way to lower it without crashing my entire economy since GDP seems to increase immigration a lot. I have max border patrols, citizenship tests, id cards and so forth.. but still the immigration seem to run rampant.
And this always seem to lead to ghettos, despite me not having any unemployment..

Anyone have any suggestions for dealing with it?
