No Christmas sale? And Another Question
I've been eyeing this game and considered making a purchase during the Christmas sale. However there appears to be no discount whatsoever. Are there any plans to make Democracy 3 a daily or flash deal?

Also, I was watching a TotalBiscuit review of the game. He makes a comment that there is a pretty evident liberal bias iin the game. I'm conservative; will I be tearing my hair out while playing?

Cliffski said that the game wll not be on sale this year, but he would be insane to never put a sale or discount on the game.

Even if it's a political video-game, don't forget that it's just a game after all and before everything. The best thing to do is to leave your political stance in the real life and enjoy the game for what it is. :)

Also liberal for Americans is completely different than liberal for the rest of the world

Some of the policy rules do seem to be based largely on left-wing assumptions, and I'm sure some people think some policy rules are just based on right-wing assumptions. But they seem to balance out relatively well. You pretty much have to use a mixture of (for example) socialist vs capitalist type policies all the time anyway, but you can actually successfully privitize (for example) many things in the game if you do it right.

You'd probably really only be tearing your hair out if you get stuck on some policies not working the way the research you've read would suggest. If you realize that the game is a massive oversimplification of reality anyway and just treat it like a game then that stuff won't bother you so much,

And of course you can also mod things to be different or more detailed. (Like say replace the Gun Control policy with several policies that implement different aspects of gun control.)

I think the game is quite unbias. If right wing and the left wing is complaining about it being bias one could think it's quite unbias then :)
