I manged to get to the menu and i looked at the setting plus the flags but i having no text what so ever
how do i fix this?

I'm having the same problem.
I used to play this game but reinstalled it but there is no text.
Does anyone know how to fix this???

found a fix online.. right click democracy 3, and go to properties. go to beta tab, change the thing to original. does not support some foreign languages but fixed the problem for me. hope it helps
