I keep getting kicked back to my desktop.
For some reason my game randomly pauses and kicks me back to the desktop. Skullgirls worked fine when i first downloaded it but lately it just stops in the middle of matches.
Can anyone help me fix this?

You should make a thread on the Skullheart forums in the Bugs, Hardware, and Software Discussion subsection about:

You should also use the -log launch option in order to produce a log for you to send so that the dev team could figure out what is going on. You could find instructions on how to set launch options here:

Have you tried to verify your game data by re-caching it via steam? I would try that first.
