Report a translation problem
Try Reinstaling DirectX, what you can do to do this easily is go to The Folder where the Game is located, There is a folder called "_CommonRedist", inside that folder there is a single folder usually Called "DirectX", and inside of it another one called "June2010", inside this folder locate a file caled "DXSETUP.exe" in order to reinstal DirectX, Try That.

I think I found it. The application. I am curently opening the DirectX thingy with the green X.
Update: The green X finished. Skullgirls still not working :/
