Copyright claims on things IN game, as you play it..

I don;t own the game on steam, but what is up with the creators of the soundtrack for this game copyright claiming my videos on YouTube>?
I have sound effects enabled in game, its not JUST the music playing, im not trying to use their music or anything,, it plays in game and you have no control but to mute it.
how lame is that? So in order to not get copyrighty claimed, you need to strip out all the audio ?
good game here, you really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over the support from youtube. NO wonder i never seen this on youtube that often, getting ciopyright claimed loses your monetization, so yeah. good job, can;t applaud this deplorable act enough. bravo.

Really? Weirdest thing is that most (if not all) of the songs are made by EnV, and are uploaded to Newgrounds, and are there available for free.
