May want to contact them directly - anything on this forum quickly gets engulfed with coupon spam..having said that, I'm on Kubuntu 12.10 and I can change all options I can find without problem =/

I'm running Ubuntu Studio myself. The game runs fine, although the co-op can get choppy. It also dumps me back to the desktop on starting if I have my PS3 controller plugged in, but I'm given to understand that Steam's support for that controller is patchy at best.

NECROMANCERFORLIFE - does the issue occur for you the instant you click on "Help & Options"? Or does it allow you to get to the Options sub menu and any further clicks result in the crash? Does it also occur if you try to change controls from the prompt at start up or from the in game pause menu?

Argent108 - what PS3 controller drivers are you using? We tested with something called "MotioninJoy" to smooth results. Controller driver support was somewhat more dicey on the mac version, if there are any steps we can take to improve things on Linux it'd be good to know any problematic drivers.

Hello Scampwick,

it occurs not only at the startupmonitor but also in the main menu. And it seems to try to load something and then gives up and leaves me with a changed resolution in my KDE environment.
sadly i can't send you a console output or a log file because i cant find any.

EDIT: I tried now also openSUSE
i think what all have in common is an AMD Graphic
with newest catalyst beta 13.11v6
KDE 4.11
XOrg 14.3
btw same problem

My Girl Friend have the same problem that NECROMANCERFORLIFE have.

She is on Ubuntu 13.10, Intel card HD 4000. Game itself runs fine, but crashes when she try to change something on the options.

She needs to change the keyboard configurations to play.

Please help!

My girl friend just logged on STEAM on my computer (Linux Box running on a Nvidia, fully updated) and the bug is still there! And when I log back to my steam account, using my save on the exact same game installation, the bug disappears.

Where do I find the save file? So I can delet then and see what happens!

I have the same issue as everyone :
- my controls on my keyboard seem weird and when I want to change them by going in option screen (when I click), it comes back to desktop and close the game.

I'm running on Ubuntu 12.04 with these settings
