Strange glitch got me stuck in a level forcing me to quit it

When I defeated one of my foes on the first act his corpse got stuck on a neverending loop where it would bounce on a object of the stage to then fall, but before falling on the ground it would hit the object again and again. after killing all foes the scene was considered complete, but I could not progress because this forever jumping corpse was making the scene to seem incomplete at the same time and thus locked me there. Stay tuned for that glitch devs! Having to replay whole acts because of such things isn't nice.
