Well i just bought it on the sale, but i can't get the game to run any way i try, changing settings, running alternative .exe files as administrator, nothing helps...
Keep getting "stuck" in the game menu screen - it's running VERY slow, like 1-2 FPS..
Who do i contact for a refund?

yep... see thats exactly what i heard ppl saying. folks with really nice computers that should normally be able to run this np are at 1-2 FPS, or constant crashes, and even unplayable. The company isnt in service anymore, so there are no fixes for this game i heard

My computer struggled with this game as well, although it was still playable somewhat. Sadly the developers, NeoCore, never supported this game properly. They are still around SouthPaw, they just released 'The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II'.

Game works but I can't change my keys in the options menu, I do get the keys and I can doubleclick on them but they won't change into other keys, which blows if you don't use a querty keyboard. I've heard about a program which saves your keyboard setup but can't recall it, anyone knows? Thanks!

I wish I could get to the menu screen. I just recently bought it and it doesn't make it past the testing graphics screen without freezing.

Hate to say it but I tried on and off for weeks to get this game to work as I loved the first King Arthur game. Finally gave up and moved on. With so many other great games out there on Steam it just isnt worth the time and effort. Bit gutted really.

Its very dodgy to try and get this game to work. There are 3 different executables in the install folder... Ive tried all three but the best Ive managed to get is to move to the first battle area on the strategic map. I dont mind waiting till I upg. my PC next. Or get an AMD mobo. Or a Nvidia card.

Im pretty sure the issue is with my standard Raedeon card. Or rather the drivers for it.

Never had a problem with KA1 which imo was a better game, their crusader spin-off (forgot the name) or Van Helsing 1. Just this game. And from what I remember they did try to resolve it for some ppl but I guess it was something fundamental to the engine.
