I've never seen any patch notes that say they turned it on.

I dunno, but I've checked every changelog, and I've never seen anything to do with DRS. Maybe it's part of the mod stuff?

No, I mean I've checked every changelog before it, and found no mention of any DRS being activated or anything, so maybe it's just there as a placeholder for mod cars?
