RSR and Rivali not recognized

Please help I feel like Ive tried everything. Full name in profile matching with no all caps. reset both, I sign in on the website since the steam button doesnt work on either in game. When I start to race I get RSR say drive not recognized and Rivali just trying to connect but never does. Not sure what else to do.. Thanks Guys for the help. Will keep messing around with it.
