what do you play as? rightfull christian/old faith or tyrant christian/old faith? and why, you may leave your favourite army as well you normaly build up or always wanted, knights included

on my second playthrough now that im a bit educated on it I'm goin rightful/old faith. Seems to be a pretty good combo on spells and a powerful array of characters. Thats one thing I didnt get on the first playthrough(rightful/christian), and had low loyalty with a lot of my tyrant and old faith knights. Plus I just dont feel right goin tyrant while playing king arthur. Of course I will eventually just to experience it.

I had my most fun when playing tyrant old faith, because of sidhe roads and the good archers, more you don´t realy need, though I currently play on tyrant christian, since that seems like one of the hardest ways to beat the game

always old faith. At the moment im doing old faith/tyrant. As soon as you get your units able to teleport anywhere on the map its gg. get it on every hero and have them with a unit of kings guard. teleport them into enemy archers and go from there.

Well the devs made the brit/christian units suck compared to the old faith/welsh units. So they really are trying to get you to go old faith. Those that don't have a long hard road ahead of you. Kind of sucks.

Guardians are nice though... but yeah balance in this game and the sequel is horrible.

So it is a dumb move to go christian? I wanted to go Christian when playing as Arthur than maybe Old Faith as Saxons

Its not dumb, but if your a gluten for punishment and don't mind losing your units on a regular basis, then by all means. Be prepared for much of your magic to not do jack squat to most of your opponents. And be ok with their starting and comparable stats to be twice that of your units.
