Bandage/Food Hotkeys

I find continually myself in the middle of a gunfight with some robots, and have been shot. I'm practically near death, and am running away, only to die a few seconds later from blood loss. Instead of opening the inventory and right-clicking on one of my many bandages to stop said bleeding, probably allowing the robots to catch up, I would like to have a hotkey to use one of my bandages. Also, the same goes for food. I would like to have a hotkey to eat the next food item in my inventory.

the h key is the default to bandage yourself. Food, I don't know if there is one. but try hitting H for bleeding
