Now as far as the game is concerned, the drowning code should kick in eventually. But Idon't think it's unreasonable to think that a soldier with his life on the line, couldn't hold his breath underwater for a minute or so. People can do amazing things when confronted with life or death situations. If you run by a guy who is smart enough to hide underwater then good for him. In war, you survive by any means necessary.
Imo glitching within a wall or barrel or shooting from off the map is more of a "gamebreaking" problem.
@ umpfz, I agree that it would be too boring for most people to sit there and wait too.
