->Heavy Tanks OP (as anti-tank i feel useless), same with light tanks
->Camping Snipers everywhere
->Boltrifles only availbe in Scout-Class
->Not very WW1
- Vehicles
- Graphics
- More forgiving
- Larger maps
- More fronts covered
Verdun pros
- Much better price
- More weapons
- More historically authentic (in terms of uniforms, weaponry, and setting)
- More confined maps make for a more intense experience overall in my opinion
Both are very different and offer different features. I personally play both and enjoy both. It depends on what you like in particular.
Oh so BF1 is more realistic as of gameplay? So please tell me, where in WW1 did you see tanks flying 50km/h, MP18 with bayonet, hipfiring while RUNNING with 25 kg (or more) heavy Lewis or other heavy MG, Gewehr 89 that can't kill the foe by one shot if not shot in head? And I can continue with these, like what seems to you realistic about every nation having totally the SAME weaponary, full of automatic weapons from which most have never been ever used in WW1 (not widely, like MP18, or even not ever, like those experimental SMGs).
Oh and I haven't even begun to name those historical bull**its, like black german soldier running with M1911 sidearm. Seriously, what is this? A history r*pe, that's what.
Now, don't get me wrong, I like BF1, it's a really good game, but it has nothing to do with WW1 - end of story.
Also I would say it’s a mockery of ww1 rather a video game portraying the war it’s it’s own unique war, like how games always try and do.
