Why there are no Austra-Hun troops and Turkey troops??

Games set on the Western front. There was no Ottoman forces and very few Austro-Hungarians, the few infantry units that saw combat were forced to go through German basic training and seem to have used German weapons for logistics so would be a reskinned squad which is not something the Devs wish to add.
