FOV mod for v0.06B:

Hello everyone. This is a mod which allows you to play with different Field of views. You are able to play at 60, 80, 90, 100, 110º. You just need to replace one of the files included in the folders with yours:

Replace the file here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Forest\theforest_data\Managed

Attention:

You need WinRar (or 7zip) to unzip the file.
The first file, in the "60º" folder, is the original one, so if you want to revert the changes you just need to replace that file with yours. If you use other mods, you might not be able to use this one at the same time (because it uses the same file).

The first file in the .zip is the original one, so if they want to revert the changes they just need to replace that one with their file.

cool stuff. you might want to edit in to the op how to revert to core files again. and that this might conflict with other mod files.
its proper that way so nubs can read and know how to work it....and they dont make 234 replies asking how to delete it ;)

I does not work. I have the same problem when I tried to run this on my laptop. Came out of game just fine, loaded the 95 FOV and crashed to desktop. Changed back to default and same thing, now I cant get the game to run.

Guess I'll wait a few days for the next build and hopefully it has the FOV slider.

I just put the correct file back in place of the one i changed. I'll try and verify the game cache - see if that works.

Templar's mod allows you to change the FoV, but it also has many other features including balance changes. Take a look and see if it's for you.

Man, I put a link to the 0.04B version of the game, that's the lastest version. YOU MUST download that version.
