Daily crashed or failed to submit? Ask here for a reset

Did your daily crash? Did your daily fail to submit and it won't let you do it again? Feel free to ask here for a reset, so you can do the daily again.

Having a daily crash or fail to submit is not fun of course, but us Thronebutt moderators can help by resetting your daily so you will be able to do it again. The Thronebutt moderators are: Darwin, Krognol, Fluury, LeonidasCraft, ideaot, squireofthedance, Tommydestroyer and me.

Me and most likely a couple other moderators will subscribe to this thread so we'll be notified when someone posts here, so hopefully we'll be able to help you relatively quickly.

This here will only be temporary, Darwin is planning to add a sort of button on Thronebutt that will make you able to request a reset for crashed/broken dailies right on the site itself and more easily.

Remember, this only works for dailies that crashed and dailies that failed to submit in some way, if you see Thronebutt has a run submitted for you, we won't (be able) reset it.

Thanks! I just got to 1-1 L1 because i got two elite grunts at once, but it's better than having no score because of a crash

My loop 3 daily 4-1 6010 kill run did not submit! I am more than a little salty about that. I can show the picture of the stats screen pb to compare to my thronebutt pb. It would be lovely to have my daily pb count in thronebutt.

I'm sorry.

I can reset the daily for you so you can do it again, but you'll have to start it within the next 30 minutes. You can end the daily after it rolls over though, it should submit correctly to Thronebutt.

I'm sorry but I don't think we can put your score on Thronebutt (I definitely can't), Darwin tried doing it manually once but it was a bunch of work and you'd need to provide all the necessary data. Also if he does it for one person, more people will ask about their score and there is also no way to verify if it's legit or not either.

Respectfully, I just started to play the game competitively. I take 1 hour out of my busy day to compete with the NEETs. I have a full-time job. Thanks, but I am officially retiring from the competitive scene. I can appreciate you're being consistent, though.

The longer you play the greater your chance of having a crash completely out of the blue.
If you've got the talent to get 6k kills, don't drop the competition outright pal.

I'm sorry, but there isn't really anything I can do for you. When my 4K Melting daily didn't submit a week ago Darwin also didn't manually add it to the database, even though he knows for sure it's legit and I had all the data to give him. It's apparently really annoying and a bunch of work to manually add a run like I said, and we definitely can't start doing it for everyone (we aren't doing it for anyone).

I understand your frustration, I definitely do.

If your daily crashes or didn't submit I'm happy to reset it for people of course, so they can do it again.
